Rotary die cutting

We process material up to 350mm wide on an automatic rotary die-cutting machine. Its design makes it particularly suitable for producing medium and large quantities of die-cuts from both double-sided and single-sided adhesive tapes and foam tapes up to 1.5mm thick.

In addition to the final product on a siliconized backing, it is also possible to produce individual self-adhesive cutouts placed loosely in a cardboard box. By adjusting the production technology, we can also produce cutouts without a self-adhesive layer.

Processed materials: single-sided carriers made of PP, PE, duct tape, EPDM foil, textile carriers, aluminum and copper foil, double-sided tapes with and without carrier, Kapton tapes…

Flat bed die cutting

We have two flat die-cutting machines on which it is possible to process self-adhesive materials in small and medium-sized production batches. This die-cutting technology is suitable for thicker (up to 5mm) double-sided and single-sided adhesive tapes. The resulting product is usually on a siliconized backing in rolls or in sheets with a certain number of pieces according to the customer’s wishes.

Max. cut size 300 x 300mm.

Processed materials: mainly foam double-sided and single-sided adhesive tapes (PE, EVA, EPDM, PVC) and double-sided VHB tapes. In small production costs also foil and textile carriers.

Cold lamination

We have two machines available for the surface application of self-adhesive material on the carrier of your choice (non-woven fabrics, foam materials, EPDM, PP and PE foils, sandwich carriers). For base material widths up to 400mm, the technology allows us to apply up to 3 adhesive strips next to each other, or to make a longitudinal notch in the siliconized covering layer for a better final application. We can also apply the self-adhesive layer from the top and bottom layers of the carrier at the same time. The second machine allows the application of the adhesive layer up to 1200mm wide, but only on one side. When choosing a suitable adhesive, do not hesitate to contact us. We cooperate with several German manufacturers.

Processing of foam materials and VELCRO tapes

From March 2025, we will have a machine available for processing foam materials in rolls and also VELCRO, or other Velcro fasteners. The machine has a width of 300mm and can perform multiple longitudinal and transverse (kiss slit) or cross-cutting. Possible up to a max. 20mm thickness of the processed material. The resulting product is possible in rolls or sheets. The advantage is the resulting product without the need to finance a cutting mold.

The machine is particularly suitable for the production of spacers from various materials for manufacturers and transporters of all types of glass, windows and doors, or for the processing of custom-made mirror tapes.

The resulting product is square cutouts (squares, rectangles and strips) up to 600mm long.

Processed materials: PE, PUR, EVA, PVC and EPDM foam tapes, VELCRO tapes and Velcro fasteners, VHB tapes.

Slitting – Rewinding

The rewinding and cutting machine is available for the width of the mother rolls up to max. 1200mm. The rewinding machine can cut paper (also siliconized), various laminates, single-sided adhesive tapes with cover foils, PP non-woven fabrics, PE foils from 0.1mm thick, PET foils from 0.075mm thick.

Min. width of cut material 50mm.

Rewinding

Two smaller rewinding machines are used to produce short rolls starting from 5m in length. They are mainly used to prepare small consumer packages of construction adhesive tapes, which we laminate in advance. The final product is grouped or individually cartoned and labeled products according to the customer’s wishes.

One rewinding machine has integrated INK-JET contactless printing for marking tapes for adhesive and non-adhesive tapes.

Log Cutting

We have 2 cutters available Log rolls of adhesive and non-adhesive materials. The machines are used for cutting smaller rolls of tape from logs up to 2100mm wide. Finished rolls of tape can have a width of just 5mm (depending on the type of material). Production of finger lift tapes

We have the technology to produce double-sided adhesive tapes with fingerlift. The advantage of these tapes over classic ones is that they are significantly easier to apply. This is significantly shortened by the non-adhesive edges created on the underlying siliconized paper or foil.

Tapes modified in this way are used mainly in the production of valuable cardboard packaging, large-format envelopes, and in the advertising and consumer industries.
