On March 17th, we brought a new exhibition machine from the ICE Europe exhibition in Munich for processing foam self-adhesive and non-adhesive materials up to 25mm thick. The machine is also suitable for longitudinal and transverse cutting of self-adhesive tapes, Velcro fasteners (adhesive and non-adhesive) and for producing cut-outs from single-sided and double-sided adhesive tapes in the form of rolls or sheets.
In the future, we are also planning to produce foam adhesive spacers for transporting heavy glass panes (windows, doors and safety glass).
Of the foam materials, we will mainly process PE foams with closed pores from 1mm to 15mm, EPDM foams with closed pores from 3mm to 8mm and EPDM foams with semi-closed pores with a thickness of 10mm-20mm.
We will standardly produce adhesive dots from double-sided adhesive tapes in sheets with an application tab in diameters of 20, 25 and 30mm.
